LOCAL MULTI-AGENT ORCHESTRATOR

A cross-platform, locally running AI-agent orchestrator. A team-lead agent decomposes a mission and delegates to parallel worker agents, backed by a native Python agent loop and a unified provider registry. Ships with a React/Tauri desktop app, a Textual terminal UI, and a Python CLI, and runs on local Ollama models or configured cloud providers.

Evo2 Variant Analysis

DESCI · BNB CHAIN

A genomic variant analysis platform built on Google’s Evo 2 model, trained on 9.3T nucleotides. Genome NFTs, DAO voting, and a research data marketplace are implemented in BNB Chain contracts, with Modal serverless GPU inference handling the analysis pipeline. BNB Hack Kerala (DeSci Track) winner.
